As our Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer, you’ll be the connective tissue across our recruiting efforts — from sourcing high-potential candidates to upholding a seamless and professional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers and interviewers to keep our processes efficient, inclusive, and human.What You’ll DoRecruiting CoordinationOwn the scheduling of all interviewsEnsure candidates have a smooth, timely, and engaging interview experienceManage candidate tracking and status updates in our ATS (Ashby)Support onboarding handoffsCandidate SourcingProactively source and engage passive talent across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other channelsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles (e.g., Engineering, GTM)Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing strategiesCraft compelling outreach messages that reflect our brand and valuesMust-have Experience2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination, sourcing, or talent operations roleExperience working at a startup or in a high-growth environmentComfort sourcing and engaging passive candidates across platformsExposure to technical recruiting or understanding of technical rolesExcellent written communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with at least one ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby)A proactive and detail-oriented working style; you're great at juggling multiple threads without dropping themNice-to-havesFamiliarity with recruiting analytics or reportingInterest in employer branding or candidate experience design
