Join our dedicated team at Bluebonnet Community Services as an Intensive Case Manager (Wraparound Facilitator) and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families facing mental health challenges.About The RoleAs a vital member of our Youth & Family Services team, you will play a key role in assessing the unique needs of youth and their families. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, coordinate services, and facilitate Child & Family Team meetings. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment.If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required.Preferred QualificationsOne year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Advanced licensure or Associate Licensure, Bilingual.Salary Amount$46,217.60 – $58,177.60/yearClosing DateOpen until filled
