Job Description The Prairie School is seeking a full-time Divisional Executive Assistant to support our high school starting in May 2026. This year-round position provides comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Upper School, including College Counseling, in a fast-paced environment that requires discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility.The ideal candidate demonstrates a growth mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
