Senior Java Developer (Apache Flink)Location: Charlotte, NC (Day one onsite)Duration: 6+ MonthsJob Description:Senior developer with 7 plus years of experienceCreate Java/Flink jobs for data transformation and aggregation with a focus on the functional programming paradigm.Help in designing, building, and enhancing platform and ensure that developed components are testable, repeatable, highly performant, scalable, and automated.Produce unit tests for Flink transformations and helper methodsFlink query tuning and performance optimizationExperience in building Lambda architecture for data ingestionReal time streaming framework using Flink, KafkaBatch processing using FlinkGood knowledge on ETLGood knowledge on transactional, analytical DBs.Strong python knowledge is preferred.Experience in NoSQLStrong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong oral and written communication skills and a team player.
