Solution Implementation Manager
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert specializing in data migration, system implementation, and support management within the Provider Data management software space. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing data migration, system implementation, managing system support, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring that product documentation remains up-to-date with the latest system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end data migration projects, system implementations, and system support management. Manage client relationships from a support perspective, providing first-level support coverage and ensuring efficient triage, allocation, and resolution of support tickets. Maintain and update product documentation (user manuals, SOPs, etc.) in alignment with the latest system updates. Provide SME coverage for system implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and integrations. Oversee detailed complex provider records management and data export and ingest between multiple stakeholders. Collaborate on projects related to Provider Data Modernization, Provider enrollment standardization, system integrations, and provider credentialing. Contribute to requirement gathering, documentation, business case creation, and scenario documentation. Balance multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery within agreed-upon schedules. Communicate effectively orally and in writing, internally and with clients.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a relevant field, with 5-7 years of experience in provider data management for Medicare/Medicaid/dental/vision plans .Technical background in data management and ability to work with large amounts of data. Hands-on experience managing and maintaining detailed complex provider records. Proven track record in system support processes, issue triaging, and resolution management. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, business case creation, and scenario documentation. Ability to balance multiple priorities, work autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Nice to have:
Proficient in provider contracting documents, including applications, agreements, fee schedules, and credentialing. Experience in managing provider data rosters and data exchange between various stakeholders/entities.
