Job Title: Material Coordinator (MDLZJP00003638)Duration: 10+ monthsWork location: 12667 Alcosta Blvd Suite 100, San Ramon, CA, 94583Work schedule: 9am to 5pmBasic Function:This role will report to Erin Mahaffie at Clif Bar directly. Erin will provide relevant data, information and subject matter expertise, and actively participate in all of the projects.The contractor services will provide project management, execution, communication and business analyst skills.Responsibilities:Manage processing waste requests in Coupa as a Master ShopperThese requests will be exclusive for the headquarters material management team.Track steps to completing requests.Track waste request details to develop reports.Work to optimize waste processes and forms.Manage distribution of material forecastsThis will be inclusive of raw and packaging materials; some either are sent weekly or monthly forecasts depending on business requirements.Maintain lists of contactsWork in collaboration with cross functional team members to validate forecasts. (i.e., supplier assignments and allocations)Manage File for Supplier DetailsThis will be inclusive of raw and packaging supplier contact information and order Item information (pack size, pallet size, expiration dates and shipment requirements)Initial setup based on Mondelez ways of working & requirements.Ongoing maintenance with new supplier information and other new inputs
