This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and providing engineered material?handling solutions in partnership with internal engineering teams. The representative will develop a strategic sales plan, execute sales initiatives, and support customers throughout the full project cyclefrom initial contact through successful implementation.Territory: Colorado SpringsBenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionSTD, LTD, Life, Accrued Paid Sick Leave and Vacation401(k) matchStarting Base salary is 50k-60k with the high potential to earn closer to 100k with uncapped commissions.Job Duties and General DescriptionManage and grow sales within an assigned territory to meet revenue goals.Identify, qualify, and pursue new business through outbound sales efforts, including calls, emails, and customer visits.Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts using CRM tools.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Conduct onsite visits and collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop engineered material?handling solutions.Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and quotations; support contract negotiations as needed.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial engagement through post?installation follow?up.Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, service, installation, parts, and marketing) to support successful project execution.Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions as requiredAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerAdditional duties as assignedEducation and Experience3+ years of sales experience; Material Handling Equipment industry experience preferred.Strong industry understanding and application knowledge; engineered systems experience a plus.Experience with Material Handling Equipment project implementation preferred.Regular local and other travel within the assigned territory is required, including driving to customer locations.Work is performed in office, customer, and industrial environments.May require standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.Understanding of, or experience with, military procurement a plus .Strong communication, relationship?building, and organizational skills.Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and ability to learn company order?processing and CRM systems.Position posting is expected to close after 30 days
