We're currently seeking dedicated self-starters with 2+ years of recent public accounting experience to lead audit, accounting and tax engagements for privately held clients.Responsibilities:Audit Services – Assist with audit engagements, including government and non-profit audits, encompassing preparation of financial statementsTax Services – Prepare individual, corporate, partnership and trust & estate tax returnsAccounting Services – Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting including tax research, projections and year-end planningClient Services - Build client relationships and work collaboratively with clientsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field2+ years of recent public accounting tax experienceCPA license is a plusStrong communication, organizational, analytical, client service, supervisory, leadership and PC skills including MS Excel, QuickBooks and accounting software proficiency (CCH software proficiency is a plus)Ability to professionally lead engagements, effectively interact with clients and staff at all levels, independently manage accounts and juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentPrior government or non-profit audit experience is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability insurance and retirement planGenerous vacation time including extended time off during non-tax seasonFlexible work hoursProfit sharing contributionProfessional growth opportunity including partner trackPaid CPE creditsNo overnight travelYour own office in a professional, friendly and collaborative office environment.
