PositionManufacturing Supervisor - 3rd Shift (Direct Hire) Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + $2.50/hr. shift premium; based on experience Shift: 3rd Shift; Sunday - Friday, 7:30pm - 5:00am Manufacturing Supervisor Responsibilities:Supervisor daily production operation in a metals manufacturing environment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output of production Lead, train, and develop production employees Monitor production schedules, workflow and staffing to meet production targets and customer deadlines Oversee machine operation processes Conduct safety inspections Enforce company policies and maintain a disciplined, respectful, and productive work environment Manufacturing Supervisor Requirements:3-5+ years' experience in a metals manufacturing environment 1-3+ years of leadership, lead operator or supervisor experience About us:Celerity Staffing is a 100% locally owned staffing agency with eight locations throughout Wisconsin.
