Role : MS Fabric Architect Location : Remote (USA)Hire type : FulltimeMandatory Skills:• Microsoft Fabric• Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical)• Dimensional Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema)• Data Warehouse Architecture• OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse• Power BI Semantic Models• SQL & PySpark• Microsoft Purview• Azure Data Services• Data Governance & Metadata Management• Large-scale Data Migration & Modernization• Stakeholder Management & Solution ArchitectureResponsibility :Possess 15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, Microsoft Azure, MS Fabric, Power BI, SQL, PySpark, and enterprise architecture, with proven experience in client-facing solutioning.Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and AI solutions on the Microsoft Fabric platform.Define and implement robust data modeling including conceptual, logical, and physical data models, dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake), Data Vault, and semantic models for enterprise reporting and analytics.Design scalable Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) leveraging OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Real-Time Analytics capabilities.Architect end-to-end data pipelines for batch and streaming workloads using Fabric Data Factory, Spark, Event Streams, and Dataflows.Drive data platform modernization and migration initiatives from legacy platforms to Microsoft Fabric.Establish enterprise data governance, metadata management, lineage, security, and compliance frameworks using Microsoft Purview and Fabric governance capabilities.Design and optimize semantic layers, Power BI datasets, KPIs, and self-service analytics solutions to support business decision-making.Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, BI developers, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing solutions.Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring to delivery teams across multiple programs.
