Strategic Business Operations ManagerThis role is an exciting blend of a couple functions for our small public safety non-profit client. This position is hybrid, with expectation to go into the Arlington office 1-2 times a week, with a mostly remote workforce. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, adaptable independent strategic thinker with ability to pivot with change. Excellent time management and communication skills are a must. Collaboration and ability to ensure strategic tasks and projects are executed timely is vital to this role. They are looking for someone to keep things on track, having a background in business, management or marketing fields. This role is working alongside the President and supporting strategic initiatives, as well as tactical responsibilities.The Strategic Business Operations Manager is a hands-on role that requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possesses the business acumen to support the President and Leadership Team in launching new ventures and organizational pivots to scale our impact. Reporting directly to the President, the Strategic Business Operations Manager will serve as a key resource in the Office of the President. They will manage office operations, lead the planning and marketing of high-impact events, and act as a strategic expeditor for the Presidenttracking and analyzing key initiatives, supporting business process changes, and ensuring strategic tasks and projects cross the finish line.
