Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Events Coordinator to help run birthday parties and group events on weekends. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, staying organized, and making sure events run smoothly.You’ll help coordinate party schedules, assist hosts, and ensure guests have a great experience. Base Pay of $15 per hour, plus gratuity.ResponsibilitiesWelcome party hosts and confirm event details Ensure party rooms are prepared and ready on time Coordinate event timing (food, cake, activities) Keep parties on schedule and organized Check in with guests to ensure a great experience Reset and prepare rooms for the next event Communicate with the kitchen and operations team What We're Looking ForHighly organized and detail-oriented Friendly and professional with guests Able to manage multiple events at once Reliable weekend availability Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Great Fit ForCollege students studying hospitality, business, education, or event planning Mature individuals who enjoy organizing events and helping guests have a great time Hospitality minded Individuals who take pride in staying organized and solving problems
Requirements:
Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; college students encouraged to apply. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event coordination preferred but not required. Skills & Abilities:Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; able to clearly direct staff and interact with guests. Energetic, friendly, and engaging personality—comfortable being the face of the party. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adjust plans as needed. Basic understanding of event setup and coordination (tables, chairs, decorations, activity areas). Comfortable with walking, standing, and moving around for extended periods during events. Familiarity with checklists, scheduling apps, or digital organization tools a plus. Other Requirements:Available weekends (mostly Saturdays and occasional Sundays) for scheduled events. Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Ability to work with teams of Party Hosts, Floaters, and Kitchen staff effectively.
