The company has gained trust from some of the world's leading international companies.Work Location: Onsite (Hayward, CA) with up to 40% domestic travel requiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Liquid Cooling Program Manager to lead the delivery and operational execution of liquid cooling projects across the United States. This role is responsible for the deployment, commissioning, and ongoing support of Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx), secondary piping systems, and related infrastructure.The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data center mechanical systems with strong program management, partner oversight, and customer-facing leadership. You will play a key role in building and scaling our liquid cooling services organization to support AI and high-density computing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of liquid cooling deployments from planning through commissioning and customer handoffManage multiple concurrent projects involving CDUs, RDHx systems, secondary coolant loops, manifolds, piping infrastructure, and controlsDevelop project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and deployment strategiesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectationsServe as the primary escalation point for project delivery and field service issuesManage relationships with OEMs, installation partners, commissioning firms, and mechanical contractorsQualify, onboard, and oversee subcontractors performing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair servicesOversee installation, startup, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting activitiesDevelop and maintain SOPs, maintenance procedures, and service documentationBuild, train, and mentor a growing team of field technicians and service engineersDevelop service coverage models, training programs, and workforce planning strategiesServe as a trusted advisor to customers deploying AI and high-density computing environmentsSupport sales and pre-sales teams with technical expertise and delivery planningEstablish service delivery frameworks, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with operations, engineering, sales, and supply chain teams to drive execution excellenceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, mechanical systems, facilities operations, or critical environments3+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects, service programs, or field operationsExperience with liquid cooling systems, CDUs, RDHx, chilled water systems, mechanical piping, or HVAC systemsExperience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field service providersStrong project management, organizational, and customer-facing communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel up to 40% domesticallyValid driver’s license and ability to access customer data center facilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting AI, HPC, or high-density data center environmentsFamiliarity with liquid cooling manufacturers such as NVIDIA, Vertiv, CoolIT Systems, Motivair, or Schneider ElectricPMP certification or equivalent project management credentialsExperience building field service organizations or service delivery programsKnowledge of commissioning processes and mission-critical facilitiesUnderstanding of data center construction and MEP trades
