This role plays a crucial part in fine-tuning and calibrating AI processes that handle verbal interactions in real estate transactions, such as conversations between home buyers and real estate agents.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the real estate transaction process, along with strong attention to detail and natural curiosity about language subtleties. You will work directly with Operations Managers Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and Natural Language experts to ensure quality across AI-powered real estate experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate annotated data to ensure it meets quality standards and project requirementsProvide feedback and guidance to engineers to improve accuracy of AI-generated contentCollaborate with engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance based on annotated dataDevelop and maintain annotation guidelines and best practices for non-native English speakersProvide training data to engineers to establish Ground Truth dataProvide input and examples on training contentIdentify gaps in training content and suggest improvementsReview accuracy and humanlike traits of automated chatbot answersClassify elements of conversations annotated automaticallyReview search results based on understanding of complex user queriesRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum of 3+ years of active experience as a licensed real estate agent or brokerDeep understanding of the real estate transaction processBachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related fieldExcellent attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentStrong communication skills and ability to define clear guidelinesNatural curiosity for language subtletiesPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated deep interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence (including experience reviewing or evaluating AI-generated content)Experience working on Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects with a focus on transcriptions, localization, translationExperience with tools and software used for Natural Language Processing annotationExperience with copywriting, User Experience authoring, or content development around voice and brand guidelinesExperience with Machine-generated Speech evaluation, Search Results Evaluation, or Search Query CategorizationExperience following or managing complex processes, and working both independently and with a team to achieve a goalSalary Range: The salary for this position is between $75K-$85K annually.
