Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic, experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team as our driving force behind our sales efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with senior living facilities, schools, municipalities, and other key establishments, introducing them to our innovative air sanitization technology. You will work closely with the leadership team, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and increasing revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in senior living facilities, schools, municipal buildings, and other key sectors.
Present and demonstrate our air sanitization technology to decision-makers.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the point of contact for sales and service inquiries.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales metrics, actively working towards exceeding sales goals.
Provide feedback and market insights to the leadership team to help shape sales strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in B2B environments, with a strong preference for experience in health and wellness, air quality, or facility management industries.
A bubbly, energetic, and personable nature with the ability to engage with anyone from decision-makers to support staff.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to present and explain technology and its benefits in a compelling and understandable manner.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Capable of independently managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to close.
Experience working in sectors such as senior living, education, or government is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and prospects.
