This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.Responsibilities:Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies (modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, cables)Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructionsExecute wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harness fabricationIntegrate subassemblies into final hardware and small system assembliesConduct basic electrical testing and inspectionPerform rework, refurbishment, and repair of complex hardware and systemsUtilize Bills of Material (BOM) and work order tracking systems to ensure build accuracyQualifications:U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal LawHigh School Diploma or GEDActive DoD Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or production assembly experienceStrong working knowledge of:Polarity and inspection criteriaBills of Material (BOM)Work order tracking systems (ERP/MES)Measuring equipment and basic shop mathAbility to work 100% on-site in Canonsburg, PAWhat to Expect:Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
