Test Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you lead test engineering teams to design and deploy production test systems and fixtures for Crestron’s electronics. You provide strategic direction on design for testability, collaborate with design and test teams, and drive automation and continuous improvement in test quality. You will guide test strategies, develop testing tools, and support new product introductions and deployment. You shape how hardware features are validated and scaled across manufacturing.
