Under the direction of the Controller, the Assistant Controller is responsible for all general ledger accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting, oversight of capital expenditures and risk management.QualificationsStrong accounting and financial expertise, including GAAP knowledge and experience in financial reporting and analysisProficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and account reconciliationAdvanced knowledge of accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel and ERP systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus2-5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or a related industryStrong understanding of regulatory and tax compliance
