Project CoordinatorFortune 500 ClientHouston, TXJob SummaryPlay a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of Salesforce projects by managing logistics, communication, and administrative tasks, while also managing stakeholders and boundary partners effectively. The role will work with multiple technical and business stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and aligned with company goals. Must have recent experience working on large application development projects with responsibilities for defining and documenting the application requirements, working with development and quality assurance teams for successful deployment.Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned. Project Support & CoordinationCoordinates with product owner and project team to determine and document business and user requirements, process flow definitions, and functional specifications.Under minimal supervision, acts as a liaison between the technology and business groups in the development of CRM and enhancement of existing systems.Stakeholder CommunicationCommunicates the business case to project team to assist with decision making and prioritization; keeps business case at fore-front to drive decisions. Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting notes.Communicate project updates and escalate issues when needed with technology/business stakeholders and Senior Leadership on project status, issues and risks. Documentation & ReportingMonitors processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives, recommending improvements and strategies.Monitors overall workflow to ensure timely completion of projects and daily work requirements.Provide regular visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.).Quality Assurance & Compliance Work with Dev and testing teams to explain requirements, do sanity checks and review test casesProvide acceptance criteria for stories and defects. QualificationsThe requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree.Experience: 2–4 years in project coordination or project management, ideally in IT or CRM environmentsExperience with Salesforce implementations, integrations, or enhancements is a strong plus.B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other RequirementsPreferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce-specific credentials, Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certifications in project management or business analysis. C.
