A global Architecture NYC-based Interior Design & Urban Planning firm is seeking a Sr Medical Planner with 15+ years of experience inarchitectural planning with a strong focus on healthcare facilities.
Salary Range: $130k-$160k
This position is based in NYC. Hybrid
Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; Architectural License and/or EDAC certification encouraged.
•15+ years in architectural planning with a strong focus on healthcare facilities.
•Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD; ability to input planning in Revit and guide junior staff.• LEED accreditation; familiarity with healthcare industry trends and innovations.

• Lead strategic discussions with clients by articulating emerging trends, innovative thinking, and industry benchmarks; translate organizational goals and hospital strategy into forward-thinking design solutions that support clients through a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.
• Deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems and how design impacts workflows (public/private spaces, adjacencies, staff/patient flow, support functions).
• Proven track record in client relationship management and market growth.
• Expertise in medical planning, space programming, and healthcare design codes.
• Strong written and verbal skills; ability to clearly convey planning needs to designers and team members.
