This role is based in their Atlanta, Georgia office. We are looking for a driven professional who is ready to advance their career and who brings strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.As part of their Water Resources group, you'll work on a wide variety of projects involving hydrology, hydraulics, and municipal stormwater programs (MS4). Project work may include stormwater system design, drainage analyses, flood mitigation planning, bridge hydraulic studies, scour evaluations, and preparation of engineering documents and design plans for stormwater and flood‑related infrastructure.The firm is recognized as a leading engineering, planning, and construction‑related services provider. They offer competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage and a matching 401(k) program.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Active PE License in Georgia, with ability to obtain licensure in additional southeastern states.10+ years of technical experience in water resources, hydrology, and/or hydraulics.Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and teamwork capabilities.Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and develop conceptual plans.Proficiency with modern hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools, including GIS‑based platforms.Experience with software such as HEC‑RAS (1D/2D), SRH‑2D, SWMM/PCSWMM (1D/2D), HEC‑HMS, HydraFlow, HydroCAD, StormCAD, or similar systems is preferred.Familiarity with Bentley tools (ORD, GEOPAK, InRoads), AutoCAD, and/or ArcGIS is preferred.Experience with state DOT projects-especially in the Southeast's a plus.Ability to conduct occasional field work, such as drainage investigations, basic surveying, and infrastructure assessments.Limited travel may be required depending on project needs.Strong technical writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.Equal Opportunity Employer.Benefits Included401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability coverageTuition assistancePaid maternity and paternity leaveStudent loan support
