The Controls Engineer will design, develop, and implement control systems for automated equipment and machinery, focusing on reliability, safety, and performance. Responsibilities include configuring and programming PLCs and motion controllers, integrating robotics and motion control solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to support new and existing systems. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and control system issues, optimizing processes for efficiency, and preparing technical documentation such as schematics, test plans, and maintenance procedures.
