Systems Integration/Test Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you will lead the Production Operations group for Orion spacecraft assembly, test, and launch activities at Kennedy Space Center. You will supervise a dispersed team of technicians and supervisors across three shifts, ensuring efficient processing, scheduling, and floor operations. You will drive incident investigations, root-cause corrective actions, and interface with manufacturing peers, engineers, contractors, and the customer. This position supports the Orion program through integrated testing and on-site leadership, shaping critical production activities in a high-stakes aerospace environment.
