We’re scaling fast.Founded by three experienced operators — our CEO/CTO (engineering + product), and two co-founders leading sales, compliance, and customer operations — we blend deep industry roots with technical ambition.The RoleDemand is outpacing our ability to ship, and we’re looking for an engineer who moves fast, owns systems end-to-end, and thrives on autonomy. You’ll be our third non-founder technical hire, deploying to production in your first week and shaping the engineering culture as we scale. This isn’t a corporate “senior” role. It’s a hands-on building role where your decisions directly impact clinicians and patients every day. You’ll work directly with the founders to design, ship, and scale systems used by clinicians every day.
