Enhanced Case Management Coordinator
A company is looking for an Enhanced Case Management Coordinator III.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate reviews, referrals, and outreach for member engagement across Medical Management products
Document all member engagement accurately within the Microsoft CRM system
Manage escalated case management questions and collaborate with vendor partners to support members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
3-5 years of administrative support experience required
Experience in patient-provider engagement and care coordination preferred
Understanding of medical terminology and basic benefit plan design terminology
Experience with claims auditing and case management processes preferred
