The ideal candidate will have healthcare/health insurance experience and strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Track projects using Gantt charts, RAID logs, MS Project, and SharePoint. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and third-party vendors. Coordinate with business, IT, stakeholders, and leadership. Prepare project plans, status reports, presentations, and documentation. Support ITIL-based process improvements, including Change, Problem, and Incident Management. Support requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and PMO initiatives. Required SkillsHealthcare/Health Insurance industry experience. CMS knowledge. Business and IT project management experience. ITIL/process improvement experience. Experience with Gantt charts, RAID logs, and project tracking tools. Agile methodology exposure.
