Sales Representative
We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Landscape Sales professional to lead client relationships and close complex, high-value projects. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to support projects from initial consultation through execution in coordination with field leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesMeeting with clients to review project goals, scope, and design concepts, with availability during mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.Building and maintaining strong relationships through clear, professional communication with clients and internal team members.Working closely with Foremen and Superintendents to ensure projects are properly coordinated and executed in the field.Performing site-related responsibilities, including interpreting scaled drawings, shooting grades, and completing material takeoffs.Maintaining a valid driver's license and eligibility to be covered under company insurance.Demonstrating the physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will bring:At least 10 years of experience in residential landscape sales.A proven history of successfully selling residential projects ranging from $500,000 to $2 million.Strong knowledge of plant materials and residential landscape design.Practical understanding of masonry and landscape installation practices.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.A consistent track record of closing sales with residential homeowners.Interested candidate may apply by sending an updated resume to this ad.
