Archon Protection is looking to immediately Hire Part-Time Security Event Guards in the Ventura County Area.As an Event Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residential communities or commercial facilities.Pay Range:$20 per hour to $25 per hourResponsibilities are subject to change and are not limited or guaranteed to include the following:Make a positive impact by maintaining a visible and professional presencePatrolling assigned areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of everyone presentMonitor access points and remain vigilant to any suspicious parties or situationsCollaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services to coordinate security efforts and resolve any issues that ariseReport any security related occurrences or incidents to the appropriate supervisor, law enforcement, or medical personnelUphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a high standard of professionalism and security effectivenessConducting routine and regular foot patrols of the client location deterring suspicious activity and disturbancesEnforcing community or facilities rules and regulations per client requestSecuring site amenity areasTake accurate and thorough notes of any unusual occurrencesProtecting the company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment at all timesThis role requires high attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.Extensive training will be provided by a Security Supervisor. Local candidates onlyBasic RequirementsBe at least 18 years old (BPC Section 7582.8)Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalentMust possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Guard Card issued by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS).
