You will have an opportunity to work directly with authorized resellers in our Team, Corporate, Golf and/or Retail sales divisions.This role will work closely with staff in our Customer Service, Art, and Pre Decoration Departments and will provide valuable knowledge of the products and services we offer to our account base. You will collaborate with sales leadership and field sales reps to help strengthen the partnerships with our customers.We are looking for dynamic, results driven and organized individuals with 2-3 years of industry experience in the promotional products or sporting goods industry. Strong knowledge of product and customized decoration is preferred.Key Responsibilities And DutiesProduct Knowledge & Problem Resolution: Develop in-depth knowledge of Richardson Sports' product lines, including specifications, features, and differentiators.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to orders, product issues, or service problems in a timely and effective manner.Provide accurate information to assist in product recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction. Communication:Assist dealers and distributors by maintaining open, regular communication via email and phone.Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely updates on orders, shipments, and any issues that may arise.Ensure that all customer concerns and questions are followed up on promptly.Document and track customer interactions to ensure accountability and consistency in communication. Sales Order Management:Coordinate and process orders from start to finish, including communicating inventory availability, pricing, lead times, shipment tracking, etc.Collaborate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, and production) to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.Communicate potential delays or issues with accounts that may impact their orders. Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams across all departments to maintain customer relationships and streamline processes.Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to optimize order fulfillment and improve the overall customer experience.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance order processing and order management.Support the continuous improvement of internal workflows to streamline processes and enhance cross-team communication.Requirements Industry Experience: Required: 2-3 years in sales support or account management, specifically within Promotional Products or Sporting Goods Industry. Preferred: Familiarity with supply chain, production processes, and lead times associated with custom-decorated products. Decoration and Customization ExperienceGood understanding of decoration methods (embroidery, screen-printing, etc) A keen eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to effectively assist and guide customers in customization decisions to ensure we produce and deliver great looking products. Tech Proficiency:Familiar with Windows, MS Office Suite, and ideally CRM platforms (HubSpot) Organization and Problem Solving Skills: Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple customer accounts, orders, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to both internal teams and customers. Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of customers and internal teams.Comfortable building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both virtually (via email, phone) and in-person.Ability to communicate complex information in a simple, concise manner, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction. Attention to Detail: Critical eye for quality and accuracy, ensuring that orders are processed correctly, and all details are verified prior to production.Ability to review and confirm all customer details (specifications, customization requests, pricing) to prevent errors in the sales process.
