Job Title: Lead DevOps EngineerLocation(s): Columbus, OHHybrid Schedule: work schedule 9-6; 100% in the officeAbout Project: Core DevOps Engineering team- Core team of 5 focusing on DevOps platform engineering and automation.- Supporting sister teams internally.Skills (required): Bachelors/Masters DegreeStrong skills in database, cloud, and Python automation.Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, GitOps, Prometheus, and Grafana.Experience with observability tools and understanding application/infrastructure logs.Skills (Nice to have):ML opsKubeflowdeployment strategiesAdvanced AI/ML and Agentic Work- Initial experience in stability on evolution learning platforms and agentic work.- Enhancing CI/CD tools for failure analysis and automated fixes via agentic methods.- Focus on agentic world, RAG development, and leveraging use cases.
