As we continue to grow rapidly, we are excited to announce the development of a new in-house electrical division—and we’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to help lead the charge. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in building our electrical services from the ground up, working primarily on residential retrofit projects, including the installation of electrical infrastructure for mini-split HVAC systems. Responsibilities: Install electrical circuits in single-family and multifamily residential homes. Service Panel Upgrade - Occasional remove/replace electrical panel. Safely access and work in attics and crawlspaces. Perform installations of PVC, Raintight EMT, and Liquidtight flexible conduit. Coordinate with mechanical/HVAC installers for integrated system installs. Maintain high craftsmanship standards—work should be both functional and visually clean. Manage a company-issued service van, including tools and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and code requirements. Serve as a team lead as the electrical division expands. Qualifications: Valid Oregon Journeyman Electrician License. Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on residential remodels, new construction, and troubleshooting/service. Proven experience working in and around residential electrical panels. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage daily workflow and logistics.
