Our client in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Full stack Developer to design, develop, and support technical solutions that drive operational efficiency and measurable business value. This role follows Agile best practices (SCRUM, SAFe, XP, pair programming) and plays a key part in delivering high-quality software increments on a consistent basis.This is a hands-on development position for someone who takes full ownership of projects — from requirements through deployment. Must be local.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, document, and maintain system programs using standard development practicesFollow established coding standards including check-in policies, naming conventions, static code analysis, documentation, and unit testingSupport production releases and provide end-user training when neededMonitor system performance and troubleshoot logic or coding issuesDesign and implement enhancements to file structures and interrelated systemsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to monthly delivery commitmentsAnalyze system performance and recommend improvementsTake ownership of assigned projects from requirements through deploymentContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical skill developmentMentor junior developers as neededTechnical Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Structured and/or Object-Oriented ProgrammingAdvanced experience with Data Structures and SQLStrong experience in a .NET environmentSystems Analysis and Design experienceExperience supporting or implementing complex integration projectsExperience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architectureKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesRequired Skills:Ability to work in a pair programming environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesTeam-oriented mindset with leadership qualitiesEducation & Experience:Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field5+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft tools and languagesEEO Policy: Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
