This role is ideal for a Senior Architectural Designer or BIM Coordinator ready to step into a leadership role, helping drive BIM coordination and digital delivery across multidisciplinary teams on complex, fast-paced projects.If you have a passion for multidisciplinary design and BIM-driven project delivery and thrive in highly collaborative environments where design coordination and model integration are key, bring your creativity, technical expertise, and problem-solving mindset-and together, we'll deliver impactful, buildable solutions.This role offers the opportunity to operate in a lead designer capacity, working closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of design intent across all phases. You will play a key role in developing, managing, and coordinating detailed BIM models, with a strong focus on CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) systems while supporting cross-disciplinary integration with engineering teams.What You'll Do - BIM ManagementLead BIM adoption, digital delivery, and workflow optimization across multidisciplinary project teams.Develop and manage high-quality BIM models to meet project requirements, including LOD standards and documentation outputs.Provide staff training, mentorship, and technical support for Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and other BIM tools.Set up and manage BIM models, including worksets, templates, families, collaboration settings, and data structures.Support and participate in model coordination and clash detection using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, to deliver coordinated designs.Coordinate BIM processes with consultants to ensure model alignment, compliance with standards, and smooth data exchange (COBie/IFC).Produce accurate and comprehensive 3D models and generate associated 2D drawings and schedules directly from the BIM model.Review, audit, and evaluate models, workflows, and software to support quality control and continuous improvement.Support development and implementation of project specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).Extract, analyze, and manage BIM data for design analysis, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimation.Provide BIM-related guidance to project teams, resolving technical issues efficiently.Stay current with BIM software advancements, best practices, and evolving industry standards.Develop and implement automation and scripting workflows to enhance efficiency and model accuracy.Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure alignment of design intent and constructability.Support construction-phase coordination including RFIs, submittals, and field issue resolution.Develop visualizations and model-based presentations to support design communication and client engagement.#LI-AC2Here's what you'll need5-10 years of BIM leadership or digital delivery experience, preferably within a design consultancy environment.Proven experience with large, multidisciplinary design teams and complex projects across all phases.Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC in multi-disciplinary workflows.Strong experience with model coordination, clash detection, LOD standards, and BIM data management (familiarity with COBie/IFC preferred).Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across remote offices.Comprehensive understanding of building codes, design principles, construction methodologies, detailing, and overall project delivery.Strong knowledge of relevant design codes and standards.Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office ApplicationsIdeally, you'll also have:Experience with scripting/automation (Dynamo, Python), Revizto, and Autodesk FormaFamiliarity with BIM standards, LOD frameworks, and model-based coordination processesExperience supporting or contributing to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Visualization experience using tools such as SketchUp, Lumion, or similarExposure to advanced technology or high-complexity facility projectsInterest in automation or scripting workflowsPosted Salary Range: Minimum54,100.00Posted Salary Range: Upper84,550.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
