Digital Event Producer

We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and who are available to host digital events generally held between 10am and 4pm ET. This is not an emcee-only position. We are seeking a freelancer/contractor for all aspects of event production on a per project, per event basis. Job Description As a digital event producer, you will set up, produce, and manage online events. You will be responsible for high-quality speaker recruitment, topic research, agenda review/writing, and emceeing of live events. You will work closely with the production and client success teams to assure delivery of on-time, content-rich events. Key responsibilities: Attend kick-off calls with clients and client success team to gather information on session format, topics, objectives Recruit 8-10 speakers per event Post speakers and agendas in WordPress Provide ongoing communication with client success and sales teams to assure on-time delivery of sponsored sessions Event production, speaker recruitment, and facilitation/emceeing/moderation of live events as scheduled Provide input and support for speakers during sessions. Monitor chat, assist speakers and sponsors Liaising with internal and external teams to prepare for the event Skills and experience: Skilled at recruiting of subject matter experts as speakers for virtual events Confidence and communication fluency to engage, connect with sponsors and speakers Proficiency with Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and WordPress preferred Strict adherence to deadlines Additional skills in customer service preferred A high degree of proficiency in written and spoken English Job Type: Full-time
