The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with travel planning, booking accommodations, arranging itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication, and building trusted client relationships while fulfilling travel needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and a customer-centric mindset to ensure top-notch Customer SatisfactionProficiency in Travel Arrangements, including booking accommodations, flights, and other travel logisticsExperience working in or with a Travel Agency and knowledge of the travel industryExceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to build relationships and address client needsAbility to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote work environmentEagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic demands of the travel industryPrevious experience in travel advising or planning is a plus but not mandatoryFamiliarity with travel booking tools or software is an advantage
