The responsibilities include managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, overseeing food and beverage preparation standards, coordinating staff schedules, and leading hiring and training initiatives. The role requires collaboration with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and maintain a smooth, efficient operation during daytime hours.QualificationsStrong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a top-tier guest experienceProficiency in Hiring and staff management to recruit, train, and lead an effective teamExcellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, guests, and stakeholdersExperience in managing Food & Beverage operations, including quality control and complianceAbility to multi-task, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and resolve challenges creativelyPrevious management experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferredAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
