The Company has projects that involve all of the following business markets: Building, Industrial, Mining, Oil, Gas & Chemical, Power, Transportation and Water.Job SummaryThe RT Assistant supports senior Radiographic Testing (RT) trainers in performing Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities on project sites. This role assists with equipment setup, movement, and daily RT operations while ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and jobsite requirements. The position requires early start times, physical work, and the ability to work extended weekly hours in a team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionAssist senior RT trainers with daily NDE and Radiographic Testing tasks.Support the setup, movement, and operation of RT equipment.Maintain safe work practices and follow all jobsite safety proceduresAssist in ensuring productivity and timely completion of assigned tasks.Perform physical duties including material handling and climbing scaffolds when required.Work collaboratively with team members to support project objectives.Skills RequiredPreferably state-carded for Radiographic Testing (RT).Strong work ethic with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Reliable and punctual with the ability to meet early shift requirements.Ability to follow detailed safety procedures and operational guidelines.Physically capable of performing demanding work including climbing and equipment handling.Education/Training/CertificationsCompletion of a minimum 40-hour safety training course (documentation required).RT certification or state card preferred.Additional RequirementsMust be available to work 50-58 hours per week.Early shift start time at 3:00 AM.Work may involve climbing scaffolds, lifting materials, and working in an industrial jobsite environment.
