Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday (8 am - 4 pm)Setting: Center-Based Clinical SpecialistAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative, center-based clinical team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this role, you will design and oversee evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The BCBA will work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to ensure effective treatment implementation and positive client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment programsConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluationsDesign skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for early childhood and school-age clientsMonitor client progress through data collection and analysis and adjust treatment plans accordinglyAdminister and interpret behavioral assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, EFL, and ESDMProvide direct therapy services when necessary and support crisis intervention strategiesTrain, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staffConduct parent training sessions and collaborate with families to support treatment consistencyParticipate in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with educators, therapists, and healthcare professionalsAttend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings when neededQualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related fieldActive Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredMinimum 2 years of experience as a BCBAAt least 3 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in an ABA settingExperience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plansStrong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skillsBenefits Sign-on Bonus and Relocation AssistanceWork-Life BalanceOne remote workday every two weeksSmall caseload (approximately 7 clients)Up to 14 days PTO in the first year12 paid federal holidays3-day paid fall breakTwo-week paid winter breakPaid birthday offHealth Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceEmployer covers 50% of employee premiums and 25% for dependents100% employer-paid Life and Long-Term Disability insuranceFinancial & Professional Benefits 401(k) with employer matchEmployee referral bonus programContinuing education credits coveredPaid day to attend the COABA ConferenceWeekly 1:1 mentorship with the Clinical Director
