Building Automation Project Manager (BAS) Location: San Francisco Bay AreaAbout the OpportunityOur client is a well-established mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC and building automation projects across biotech, advanced technology, and large commercial facilities in the Bay Area.What You'll Be DoingManage BAS / HVAC controls projects from kickoff through turnoverMaintain project schedules, budgets, and financial trackingCoordinate field teams, subcontractors, and equipment procurementLead construction meetings and client communicationMonitor installation progress, change orders, and project quality / safetyWhat They're Looking ForExperience supporting building automation, controls, or mechanical construction projectsFamiliarity with design-build or technically complex facility environmentsAbility to coordinate with field teams and manage multiple prioritiesOrganized, proactive, and comfortable in a construction settingThis is a unique opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while gaining greater ownership of project delivery, financial performance, and client coordination.You will support projects from early planning through installation, commissioning, and closeout, working closely with field teams and leadership to ensure successful execution.
