The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with cloud data warehouses, data modeling, and transformation frameworks, enabling scalable and reliable data driven insights across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesData Pipeline DevelopmentDesign and implement ETL/ELT workflows usingdbtand SQL.Develop efficient data models inSnowflaketo support analytics and reporting.Optimize queries and transformations for performance and cost efficiency.Data ManagementGovernanceEnsure data quality, consistency, and lineage across pipelines.Implement role based access controls and security best practices in Snowflake.Collaborate on data governance initiatives to maintain trusted datasets.IntegrationCollaborationIntegrate Snowflake with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Partner with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets.Support migration projects from legacy systems to Snowflake.AutomationOperationsAutomate workflows using dbt Cloud, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring high availability.Contribute to CI/CD practices for data engineering projects.Required SkillsQualificationsStrong hands on experience withSnowflake(data modeling, performance tuning, security).Proficiency indbt(data transformations, testing, documentation).AdvancedSQLskills for complex queries and optimization.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with version control (Git) and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).Knowledge of BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).Relevant certifications (e.g.,Snowflake SnowPro Core , dbt Fundamentals) preferred.
