BECAUSE WE OFFERPayrate $20/hourDirect DepositHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffHoliday Pay401KKey Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)Complete work orders in a timely and efficient mannerConduct preventative maintenance on equipment and building systemsMaintain grounds, including snow removal and basic landscapingEnsure facility safety by identifying and correcting hazardsAssist with room setups, moves, and equipment installationsMaintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logsSupport emergency repairs and on-call maintenance needsFollow safety procedures and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standardsAssist with maintaining compliance for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state regulationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required1–2 years of maintenance experience (healthcare setting preferred)Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyStrong problem-solving and time management skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
