Qualified candidates will have strong communication and IT skills, leadership potential and at least some prior experience managing challenging projects.Position Title: Human Resources CoordinatorReports To: Human Resources DirectorLocation: San Francisco Bay AreaRequired Experience: 2+ yearsSalary Range: $90,000 to 110,000 JOB DUTIESGeneral RecruitmentPerform full-cycle recruiting for full-time positions across all departments.Partner with hiring managers to understand department staffing needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Post jobs through internal systems and external job boards, ensuring all postings are accurate, compelling, and compliant.Source candidates through outreach, networking, social media, industry associations, and employee referrals.Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up communication with candidates.Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional experience.Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source, pipeline activity, and ongoing hiring trends.Other duties as assigned for full-time recruitment.College & Intern RecruitmentCoordinate and register the company for university career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.Serve as the face of the company during campus engagements, career fairs, presentations, and site tours.Manage sponsorships for targeted clubs, student chapters, and academic departments at partnered universities.Maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, and relevant engineering/construction-related organizations.Plan and coordinate jobsite tours and student visits.Oversee collection, sorting, and management of resumes from events and university partners.Conduct initial or secondary interviews for internship and entry-level candidates depending on position needs.Track and report campus recruitment activity, including candidate pipelines, event attendance, and outreach metrics.Collaborate with internal representatives and hiring managers to support participation in campus events and career fairs.Prepare and print job descriptions, event materials, and other recruitment information.Coordinate packaging, shipment, and inventory of materials and branded swag for fairs and student events.Partner with the Marketing team to upkeep promotional materials.Maintain organized records of event logistics, costs, and outcomes.Support other recruitment initiatives as needed, including job postings, applicant screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.Represent the company’s culture, values, and opportunities with professionalism and enthusiasm.Ensure consistent messaging and professional presentation in all recruitment activities and materials.Other duties as needed for college and intern recruitment.General HR DutiesProvide backup support to HR members during peak periods, absences, or special projects.Assist with maintaining employee records, HRIS data entry, and document management.Respond to employee inquiries and route issues to appropriate HR staff.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.2–3 years of recruiting or HR experience; experience in construction/engineering a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics across multiple events and deadlines.Willingness to travel for career fairs, site visits, and university engagements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various departments.
