Lead business development efforts targeting OEM customers within server, networking, and hardware sectors
Own the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, deal structuring, negotiation, and long-term account expansion
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in procurement, engineering, and supply chain
Align customer demand forecasts with internal supply capabilities and partner roadmaps
Monitor market conditions including pricing trends, component availability, and competitive positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
Identify and secure new logo opportunities while expanding existing account penetration
Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and strategic engagementsSkill Set:
7 to 10 plus years of experience in semiconductor, memory, or related component sales (DRAM, NAND, SSD, or similar)
Proven success selling into OEM environments across the U.S., including Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations
Strong existing network within hardware procurement or engineering organizations preferred
Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, pricing models, and product lifecycle management
Demonstrated ability to close complex deals and scale revenue across multiple accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced growth environment
