Resort Maintenance Job Description Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049 We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resort Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with experience in a resort or hospitality setting. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on resort facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and professional manner Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of resort facilities Assist with special projects and renovations as needed Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair work Experience in a resort or hospitality setting preferred Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in outdoor environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
