Responsibilities: Landscape Design: - Develop innovative and visually appealing landscape designs tailored to client preferences. - Create comprehensive plans, including plant selections, hardscape elements, and overall layout. Sales and Client Interaction: - Drive sales through effective communication and understanding of client needs. - Collaborate with clients to refine designs, providing exceptional customer service. Landscape Installation Management: - Oversee the execution of approved landscape designs, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budget. - Lead and coordinate installation teams to bring designs to life. Requirements: Experience: - Proven experience in Landscape Design and Sales. - A portfolio showcasing your landscape designs. Technical Knowledge: - Adequate plant knowledge. - Ability to translate design concepts into practical and executable plans. Sales Acumen: - Strong sales skills with the ability to communicate the value of our landscape designs. Leadership Skills: - Leadership abilities to manage and motivate installation teams effectively.
