Simply put, we create experiences that connect people.What You’ll AccomplishSupport the Community Manager in the daily business operations and upholding the community standards as required by the governing documents, the CCMC management contract, and applicable lawsConduct monthly inspections utilizing online programs to track, document and notify homeowners of compliance issues weekly, and ensure common area safety and cleanlinessSupply information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of Association living and the impact of the Deed RestrictionsProvide oversight of projects as directed by the Community Manager, acting as liaison to service contractors and vendorsBe the onsite point of contact for assessment collections and is responsible for monitoring payment arrangementsCollaborate with collection attorneys and AR representatives as related to the collection of assessmentsWork directly with the Design Review Committee in the performance of the Design Review processOversight of certain site staff and grounds services teamsDaily interaction with community residents and committee volunteersBoard and Committee meeting attendanceWhat We’re Looking ForEffective leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills2 or more years in an office environment, preferably in community management or similar experience2-3 years of industry experience in a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager role is preferredAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must have excellent telephone etiquette, with a commitment to the highest customer service possibleA multi-tasker who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starterProficient computer skills in Windows environmentHave a stable means of transportation, including a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, standard mileage reimbursement is providedAbility work a full-time schedule with the capacity to occasionally work after hours and on weekendsAll prospective employees must pass a pre-employment drug screen, driving record and background checkCAM license preferred (Required in Florida, Georgia and Nevada within 90 days of hire)If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.
