Human Resources Coordinator💼 Temp-to-Hire📍 Portland, OR (Fully Onsite)🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday💲 $28.50/hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support a wide range of HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and employee support. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full-time hours in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport biweekly payroll processing, including auditing timekeeping data, reviewing earnings/deductions, and partnering with vendors and finance to ensure accuracyAssist with benefits administration (enrollments, changes, terminations) and support open enrollment and audit activitiesServe as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and general HR processesMaintain and update employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentationReconcile payroll data and assist with reporting, analysis, and HR metrics for leadershipSupport compliance efforts by maintaining records, monitoring employment law updates, and assisting with policy/process improvementsAssist with onboarding coordination, employee communications, and general HR/office support as neededQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of related HR experienceStrong knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS systemsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data managementAbility to manage high-volume work and multitask effectivelyStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentIf you’re looking to grow your HR career in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to connect!
