The vision, product direction, and industry expertise are in place. What we need now is a dedicated operator to help take Zeego from early traction to real scale.Role DescriptionThis is an early‐stage, hands‐on role for a Founding Operator (CEO / COO) who will help run and build Zeego day to day.Rather than managing a large team, you'll be responsible for executing the initial go‐to‐market, driving growth, managing operations, and helping shape the company's direction. You'll work closely with the founder on strategy, but you'll have wide ownership over execution.This role is ideal for someone excited about startups, AI, and PropTech who wants real responsibility, meaningful equity, and the opportunity to help build a company from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesOwning early growth marketing and development effortsManaging inbound leads and partnerships (mortgage brokers, referral partners, etc.)Hiring and managing outsourced marketing and growth support (social media, influencer)Overseeing day‐to‐day operations and prioritizationTranslating user feedback into product and positioning improvementsSupporting fundraising prep and investor outreach as neededQualificationsWe are looking for someone who is:Highly self‐directed, scrappy, and comfortable with ambiguityInterested in startups, AI, and/or PropTechExcited to own execution rather than manage from a distanceStrong communicator with good judgment and follow‐throughMotivated by ownership and equity, not just title or salaryHelpful (but not required) backgrounds include:Consulting, product management, growth, marketing, or operationsEarly‐stage startups or venture‐backed companiesTech‐enabled marketplaces or SaaSExposure to real estate, finance, or legal environmentsA bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required. The right mindset and execution ability matter far more than pedigree.
