IBM iSeries Java Application & Integration Developer

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Java Application and Integration Developer with IBM iSeries experience to develop, maintain, integrate, and support applications within the client services technology environment. The candidate will support integration between internally developed applications and central client systems while working closely with business customers and IBM iSeries technical personnel. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Java applications/components associated with the IBM iSeries environment. Develop and support interfaces between internally developed applications and enterprise systems. Support integrations with PeopleSoft and Identity Management. Analyze application and integration requirements. Gather business requirements directly from client customers. Translate business needs into technical solutions. Integrate Java components with IBM iSeries-based applications. Support financial, payroll, student account, authentication, billing, payment, and reconciliation interfaces. Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-processing issues. Perform application and interface testing. Support implementation and production environments. Collaborate with RPG/CL developers and other client technology personnel. Develop knowledge of existing client services applications and business processes.
