Restaurant Team Member

We are looking for a Restaurant Team Member to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include prepping, preparing food, serving guests, packaging orders and maintain daily cleaning duties. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff Prepare food - includes prepping and cooking Supervise guest orders and provide assistance, as needed by giving excellent customer service Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Cleaning and Sanitization Skills Work experience as a Restaurant Team Member (FOH / BOH) or similar role in the hospitality industry Familiarity with restaurant POS software Good math and reporting skills Customer service attitude Communication and team management abilities Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends) High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus' Cooking Experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Food provided Paid training Referral program Application Question(s): Do you have a reliable transportation?
